Israel Arrests 29 Palestinians on West Bank of Jordan River
Israeli security forces arrested 29 wanted Palestinians on the West Bank of the Jordan River during anti-terrorism operations on Monday night, five of whom are said to be supporters of the Hamas movement that governs the Gaza Strip. This information was provided by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) press service.
"The soldiers of the Israel Defense Forces, with the assistance of border police and the General Security Service (Shin Bet), arrested 29 suspected wanted individuals during anti-terrorism operations in various areas, at least five of whom are Hamas terrorist activists. 10 firearms were also seized," the statement said.
