ICRC Representatives Visit Armenians Held in Azerbaijan
Representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) visited Armenians detained by Azerbaijan in November. This information was shared with Auroranews by Zara Amatuni, the communication programs manager at the ICRC office in Armenia.
The visit took place as part of the ICRC's standard procedures. Conditions have been established for detainees to maintain contact with their families. Additionally, the organization's representatives met with Azerbaijani servicemen convicted in Armenia.
