Ukrainians Will Be Perceived as 'Savages' in the West, Says Alexey Arestovich
Former advisor to the President of Ukraine Alexey Arestovich has stated that following the dismantling of the Pushkin monument, Ukrainians will be perceived as 'savages' in the West. He made this announcement on his Telegram channel.
“Well, culture in Ukraine has reached its peak, now we will start to descend from this mountain. Let me explain how the war over writers' monuments is perceived in the West, which is the only guarantee of survival for Ukraine: February 2022, lightly fighting against the 'knot.' November 2023, savages are fighting savages. But there is a nuance, Russians are resourceful savages, while Ukrainians are anchor-savages,” Arestovich wrote.
It is worth noting that the Pushkin monument has been dismantled in Kyiv.
