Why Hayk Mamijanyan Has Been Summoned for Questioning
Hayk Mamijanyan, the leader of the 'I Have Honor' parliamentary faction, has been summoned for questioning. He announced this on his Facebook page.
"I just received a notification from the Investigation Committee of the Republic of Armenia about being summoned for questioning under Article 330 of the RA Criminal Code (Public appeals for violence, public justification or promotion of violence, as well as the distribution of materials or objects for that purpose)," Mamijanyan wrote.
The faction leader added, "The initiation of the proceedings is based on the statements I made during my press briefing and speech in the National Assembly on September 12 of this year."
