Israel Tests Turkey's Patience: Erdogan on Nuclear Threats
Israel is testing patience by threatening to use nuclear weapons in Gaza. This statement was made by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, as reported by RIA Novosti.
Earlier, Israel's Minister of Heritage for Jerusalem, Amihai Eliyahu, referred to bombing Gaza as one of the options for resolving the Palestinian-Israeli conflict. Following this, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu decided to exclude Eliyahu from participating in government meetings.
“Behind global crises stand the forces of colonial structures. Crimes against humanity are being committed before the eyes of the whole world. Israel continues its brutal attacks on Gaza in front of the world’s eyes, affecting the lives of children, women, and men... Of course, there will be demand for that. They are testing our patience by threatening to use nuclear weapons,” the Turkish president said.
According to him, Ankara “will not stop telling the truth” as long as the safety of the entire Palestinian people, especially the residents of Gaza who are fighting to defend their homeland and lives, is not secured.
