Azerbaijan's Ombudsman: Former Leaders of Artsakh Given Opportunity to Connect with Families
Azerbaijan's Ombudsman has stated that former leaders of Artsakh are being given the opportunity to connect with their families. This was reported by APA.
“We regularly hold meetings, and there have also been meetings with individuals accused of committing war crimes against Azerbaijan; their rights are being ensured. We are sensitive to each detainee and they are given the opportunity to connect with their families; a translator is provided to them,” said Sabina Aliyeva, the Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
