It’s Samvel Babayan’s Turn: 'Zhoghovurd'

According to information from the 'Zhoghovurd' newspaper, the chairman of the National Assembly's investigative committee, Andranik Kocharyan, has suggested calling Samvel Babayan to testify.

There are also reports that the committee should have summoned Araik Harutyunyan and Jalal Harutyunyan. Araik Harutyunyan was not summoned due to being in Azerbaijani captivity as a result of the recent military operations in Artsakh. Jalal Harutyunyan has been unable to attend the National Assembly due to health issues, which is why the committee did not convene with his participation.

It is also noteworthy that Samvel Babayan is being summoned to the investigative committee because during the 44-day war, former Armed Forces Chief of Staff Movses Hakobyan stated that Samvel Babayan and Anna Hakobyan met at the command post of Prime Minister Pashinyan’s wife, where some incident reportedly occurred between them.

Additionally, it should be mentioned that the National Assembly's investigative committee has recently been relatively inactive.
