Announcement from Artsakh Representation on Shahramanyan's Upcoming Public Speech
The President of Artsakh, Samvel Shahramanyan, will be giving an interview, but not on Public Television. This has been confirmed by the Artsakh representation to NEWS.am.
"In the near future, Samvel Shahramanyan will deliver a public speech addressing issues concerning the people of Artsakh, which will be posted on a public platform," the representation stated.
Currently, residents of Artsakh are coming to the representation to document their issues so that they can be conveyed to the Armenian government.
It is noteworthy that on October 20, in the yard of the Artsakh representation building, addressing the gathered residents, Samvel Shahramanyan stated: "The Republic of Artsakh has not been dissolved. There are many questions regarding that document, which I cannot discuss here, but I assure you that no document can dissolve the republic established by the people. I will respond to this publicly on Public Television. I have already given my instructions regarding the preparation for that. I will be addressing all these issues soon, including that document and the document adopted to stop military operations. You know that military actions ceased on September 20, and you know where they stopped. Let no one doubt that if we believed we could win in those military operations, we would not have stopped until the very end. We saved our boys, our civilian population, whose lives were in danger. In one hour, they could have entered the city and harmed women and children."
