Lavrov and Bayramov Have Held a Phone Conversation: What They Discussed

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, during a phone conversation with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, discussed issues related to the normalization process between Baku and Yerevan, according to the Russian Foreign Ministry.

It was noted that the necessity to intensify efforts in the direction of the normalization process between Armenia and Azerbaijan, based on the agreements reached between the leaders of Russia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan in 2020-2022, was emphasized.

According to the Russian Foreign Ministry’s statement, the parties highly appreciated the outcomes of the meeting held in Tehran under the '3+3' format and agreed to continue working to promote this format.
