Armenian Foreign Ministry Summons Russian Ambassador Sergey Kopirkin and Sends Protest Note
On October 23, 2023, in connection with a broadcast aired on the All-Russian State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company, which included offensive and completely unacceptable remarks directed at high-ranking officials of the Republic of Armenia, the Armenian Foreign Ministry summoned the Russian Ambassador to Armenia, Sergey Kopirkin.
During the meeting, the ambassador was presented with a formal protest note.
