Political scientist and orientalist Evgeny Satanovsky continues to make scandalous statements. After offending Maria Zakharova, the Permanent Representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, he has now insulted Dmitry Medvedev, the Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of Russia.
