US Reveals Biden's Aim for Assistance to Ukraine
US President Joe Biden continues to support Ukraine as he aims to deprive Russia of military resources. This was stated by 19FortyFive columnist Harrison Kass, reported by Russian media.
According to Kass, when two countries are in competition, a third will always encourage the continuation of hostilities to deplete the military resources of the conflicting nations.
"The US funded and armed the Mujahideen in Afghanistan against Soviet occupiers, leading to an attrition war that forced the Soviet Union to expend vast resources, which is generally attributed to accelerating the collapse of the Soviet Union. The Biden administration may pursue a similar ultimate goal in Ukraine," the analyst explained.
Previously, analyst Magnus Stenlund said in an interview with SwebbTV that the US could withdraw assistance to Ukraine due to the Palestine-Israel conflict.
