Dozens of Citizens Arrested for Criticizing Israel on Social Media
Israeli security services have arrested several dozen citizens of Arab descent due to posts criticizing Israel and supporting the Gaza Strip on social media, reports BBC.
Among those arrested is singer Dalal Abu Amna from the northern Israeli city of Nazareth, who has been placed under house arrest. She is accused of “unconstructive behavior.”
According to international media, authorities believe that these posts may incite violence among her followers.
