Israeli Army Warns: 'Military Operations Will Intensify'
The Israeli army has warned that "military operations will intensify," despite the rising number of casualties in Israel and Gaza.
"We have suffered tremendous losses. However, this will not deter us or weaken our resolve," stated spokesperson Lt. Col. Jonathan Conricus in a video message, as reported by the BBC.
Conricus expressed hope that support for Israel would continue even as the fighting escalates.
Hamas has reported that at least 30 people have died as a result of Israeli nighttime airstrikes. Israeli forces have stated that they targeted 200 locations in Gaza on Tuesday night.
Additionally, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke with U.S. President Joe Biden and expressed gratitude for U.S. support.
