Initial Number of Israeli Soldiers Killed and Captured Released

At least 123 Israeli soldiers have been killed, and 50 individuals have been captured by Hamas. This information was provided by Israeli Defense Forces spokesperson Daniel Hagari.

According to Hagari, the IDF has maintained control over all Israeli cities and communities adjacent to the Gaza Strip.

“As far as we understand, no terrorists entered Israel during the night. There have been several incidents of clashes with terrorists who hid in Israeli territory following the initial assault,” he stated.

He added that Israel is conducting airstrikes on Gaza every four hours. Regarding the northern front, Hagari noted that there are currently no incidents along the border with Lebanon, but the IDF remains prepared as before.
