Video: How Azerbaijanis Armed Attacks Targeted Civilian Areas, According to Tatoyan

Evidence that Azerbaijani armed forces attacked civilian settlements during their armed assault in Artsakh on September 19, 2023. This was reported by the former Ombudsman of Armenia, Arman Tatoyan.

"This video pertains to the village of Charektar in Artsakh. Through the compilation of various short clips, we were able to substantiate that Azerbaijani armed personnel fired shots towards civilian houses, fully aware that peaceful residents remained inside the homes of villages and cities.

It is not coincidental that in the recent Azerbaijani attacks on Artsakh, 18 civilians have been killed, including 6 children," wrote Tatoyan. He also shared a video alongside his statement.
