Peskov on the Escalation of the Palestine-Israel Conflict

The Kremlin is closely monitoring the escalation of the Palestine-Israel conflict. This was announced to reporters by Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the President of Russia.

“We are following with great concern what is happening in the Middle East around Israel. This situation is potentially dangerous due to the growing tensions, thus it is a matter of our concern these days. We are taking necessary actions to understand the situation,” Peskov said while commenting on the prediction of Vladimir Zhirinovsky, the founder of the Russian Liberal Democratic Party, about the outbreak of conflict in the Middle East, which, according to the forecast, would lead to everyone forgetting about Ukraine.

As noted by the press secretary of the President of Russia, Zhirinovsky has made many different statements that have provided absolutely accurate analysis of the trends in the development of various events and processes around the world. “As for whether they will forget or not forget about Ukraine… I repeat once again that our special military operation continues. We will achieve all our goals,” emphasized Peskov.

As mentioned by the press secretary of the President of Russia, diplomats in Israel still do not have any information about injured Russians. “Considerable efforts are being made, the diplomats are working around the clock, but there is still no information regarding the injured Russians,” Peskov stated.
