50% of Individuals Displaced from Artsakh Have Received One-Time Government Assistance of 100,000 Dram
99.3% of individuals displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh have already been registered. This information was revealed by Nazeli Baghdasaryan, the press secretary of the Prime Minister of Armenia, during a briefing organized at the humanitarian center.
“The government has already assisted in the accommodation and resettlement of approximately 58,000 individuals displaced from Artsakh,” she stated. She also noted that 50% of those forcibly displaced from Artsakh have received the one-time government assistance of 100,000 dram.
Baghdasaryan informed that a total of 76,692 displaced individuals have been accommodated in various regions. Specifically, 4,109 individuals have been resettled in Aragatsotn, 18,367 in Ararat, 8,144 in Armavir, 4,895 in Gegharkunik, 4,541 in Lori, 22,150 in Kotayk, 2,168 in Shirak, 5,438 in Syunik, 2,303 in Vayots Dzor, and 3,189 in Tavush.
