Prosecutor's Office Demands Seizure of 6 Properties and Approximately 64 Million Drams from Former Director of 'Masis' Water Users Company
On September 25, 2023, the Anti-Corruption Court accepted a new claim regarding the seizure of property of illegal origin. The General Prosecutor's Office's department for the seizure of illegally obtained property has presented a demand to the court to confiscate from Avetik Dallakyan, the former director of the 'Masis' Water Users Company, and related individuals, in favor of the Republic of Armenia:
- 6 immovable properties and 1 movable property located in Ararat Province, as well as the market value of one vehicle, or in case of impossibility, their average market value amounting to 298,479,000 drams.
- 7,946,531 drams as the remainder of illegal monetary funds.
- 56,056,970 drams, which is not substantiated by the individual's legal income, has illegal origin, transferred to a diligent buyer or cannot be identified and seized.
