The meeting of representatives from Artsakh and Azerbaijan has concluded in Yevlakh. The Artsakh side was represented by David Melkumyan, a member of the Artsakh National Assembly from the Democratic Party of Artsakh, and Sergey Martirosyan, director of the Center for Ensuring Cooperation with the Russian Peacekeeping Forces.
The Azerbaijani side was represented by Ramin Mamedov, a member of parliament originally from Martakert, who was appointed by the President of Azerbaijan as the responsible official for contacts with the Armenian population of Artsakh.
During the meeting, issues related to the reintegration of the Armenian population, the restoration of infrastructure, and the organization of activities were discussed. It is noteworthy that this is the third meeting between representatives from Baku and Stepanakert since the ceasefire was established following the massive attack by Azerbaijan on Artsakh on September 19.
