"Azerbaijan Does Not Force Anyone to Leave Artsakh": Hajiyev
The Azerbaijani presidential advisor Hikmet Hajiyev has stated that Azerbaijan does not force anyone to leave Artsakh. In an interview with the German DW, he mentioned that those who have left Artsakh did so of their own free will, and it was their personal decision.
It is noteworthy that as of September 26, at 20:00, a total of 28,120 individuals displaced from Artsakh have entered Armenia.
