Those Displaced from Artsakh Should Not Receive Responses Like 'You Are Not Registered Here' or 'You Have No State Order'
Citizens displaced from Artsakh should not receive responses such as 'You are not registered here,' 'The system does not show you,' or 'You have no state order' when applying to medical institutions. This was stated by Anush Poghosyan, co-chair of the NGO 'Right to Health,' during a demonstration in support of Artsakh.
'The Armenian government should even issue an instruction to the Ministry of Health so that the passport of an Artsakh resident becomes the sole document based on which they can receive medical assistance. They should be properly served in hospitals or utilize outpatient services,' Poghosyan emphasized.
It is noteworthy that the displaced individuals were demonstrating in front of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia and later conducted an awareness march through the streets of Yerevan.
