Images: How the Hotel Near the Ukrainian Seaport Terminal Destroyed by Russians Looks
On the night of September 25, the port terminal and an empty hotel, which was one of the landmarks of Odesa, were virtually destroyed due to a Russian missile and drone attack. This was reported by nv.ua.
A fire broke out in the building of the passenger terminal hotel, which had been non-operational for several years. The fire has been extinguished, but significant damage has been caused.
Businessman Andrey Stavnitsern stated that he wants to reconstruct the hotel. He has purchased shares from private investors. “Everything will be fine. We will reconstruct everything. Odesa will be as beautiful as you've never dreamed in your nightmares,” he wrote on Facebook.
Russia's launched hypersonic anti-ship missiles destroyed grain storage facilities as well. Businesses and houses in the region have sustained damages, and one person has been injured.
