Blinken Makes Many Enthusiastic, Passionate Statements: Lavrov
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov responded to Washington's statement that Iran has supplied drones to Russia for use during the special operation, pointing out the lack of evidence. He noted that the Russian side, during its speech at the UN General Assembly, listed numerous statements from various figures that were not based on any facts, and Iran has also repeatedly commented on the supply of drones.
“They asked, ‘Show me at least one drone that would prove that this is our drone.’ Therefore, I cannot comment on such statements. Mr. Blinken makes many statements with enthusiasm and pathos,” Lavrov said.
On July 6, Iran’s permanent representative to the UN, Amir Saeed Iravani, stated that the claims from Kyiv regarding the use of Iranian drones during the Ukrainian conflict were unfounded.
