Azerbaijan's Defense Ministry Announces Start of 'Counter-Terrorism Operation'
Azerbaijan's Defense Ministry has announced the launch of military operations in Artsakh, which they refer to as a 'counter-terrorism operation.'
They have stated that the Russian peacekeeping contingent's command and the head of the Turkish-Russian joint monitoring center have been informed about the measures being undertaken.
Precision strikes will be carried out along the front lines, targeting the positions and military facilities of the Armenian armed forces.
They emphasize that civilian individuals and infrastructure will not be targeted.
