Artsakh Defense Army Issues Statement
The Artsakh Defense Army has issued a statement, once again refuting the announcement made by the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense.
“The statement from the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense regarding an alleged construction work by our units in the Askeran region on September 16 at around 1:00 PM, which was supposedly halted due to actions by Azerbaijani units, is yet another piece of misinformation,” the Artsakh Defense Ministry's statement reads.
