Jewish Spiritual Leader in Armenia Receives Death Threats
The investigative department of the Erevan and Nubarashen administrative districts of the Investigative Committee of Armenia has launched a criminal case following the report from 62-year-old Israeli citizen G. Bursteyn.
According to SHAMSHYAN.com, he reported to the police department of Erevan on September 1, stating that he had been on Tigran Mets Avenue in Erevan when he received messages containing death threats.
According to the website's information, G. Bursteyn informed the police and investigators that he is the spiritual leader of the Jewish community in Armenia.
