‘The Items Transferred to Azerbaijan by Armenia Were New Proposals,’ Says Armenian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson
The items transferred to Azerbaijan by Armenia were not a new draft of the peace agreement, but rather new proposals within the framework of the negotiating agreement. This was stated by the spokesperson for the Armenian Foreign Ministry, Ani Badalyan, in an interview with ‘Factinfo’, adding that the Armenian side has sent the proposals for the fifth time.
It is notable that on August 24, Prime Minister Pashinyan announced that Yerevan had provided Baku with new Armenian proposals for the peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
Badalyan did not comment on when the proposals were sent and whether there has been a response from the Azerbaijani side. ‘I have no comment on that question,’ she said.
