Ryabkov Comments on Grain Deal Situation
Russia will fully return to the grain deal if the obligations undertaken by Moscow are fulfilled, stated Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov.
“We do not refuse dialogue on these matters, and we are patiently, calmly, and clearly setting out our position. It is very simple: we do not believe in promises,” he said.
“Let them first fulfill everything they have promised so many times and have not done, then we will discuss this situation, and if they indeed ensure everything that has been discussed for so long, then Russia will completely return to the so-called grain deal initiated by the Black Sea,” Ryabkov emphasized.
