Written Applications for Food Distribution in Artsakh to Recommence on August 22
Written applications for food distribution in Artsakh will recommence on August 22. This was reported by the Ministry of Social Development and Migration of the Republic of Artsakh.
“Considering the scarcity of food items in the ministry's warehouses, the workload on staff, and the labor intensity of processing applications and sorting products, we kindly request:
- To present at the ministry with a prepared application in advance.
- To fill in all mandatory fields in the application (name, surname, patronymic, and public services number (social card number)).
- To attach a copy of the applicant’s passport and public services number to the application.
- After submitting the application, please wait for a phone call from the ministry.
- Each family may submit only one application, indicating the personal details (name, surname, patronymic, and public services number) of other family members.
- Do not submit duplicate applications after the first one.
- Only submit an application in case of dire necessity for food items.
An example of the application form is provided below (the application can be submitted in handwritten format on ordinary paper, maintaining the requirements set forth by the ministerial format).
We hope for your understanding of the created situation,” the ministry's statement said.
