US to Provide Ukraine with Additional $200 Million in Military Assistance
The United States will provide Ukraine with an additional $200 million in military assistance, U.S. officials have stated to Voice of America.
The package is expected to include additional missiles for the HIMARS systems and more ammunition for the Patriot air defense systems.
Officials spoke with the media on the condition of anonymity ahead of an anticipated announcement later this week.
This new aid package will be the 44th since the start of the Russian invasion in February 2022. Since that time, Ukraine has received over $43 billion in assistance from the U.S.
