Cash Withdrawal Issues Arise in Artsakh
Cash withdrawal issues have emerged in Artsakh. This was reported by the Ministry of Finance and Economics of the Republic of Artsakh.
Since December 12, 2022, Artsakh has been under blockade, and humanitarian cargo deliveries have been completely halted since June 15 of this year, leading to cash withdrawal challenges in the region.
To implement government social support programs, pay salaries and pensions, and ensure the internal circulation of cash, we ask that the funds held in bank accounts be withdrawn as needed (a limit for cash withdrawal is also included). At the same time, free cash resources should be kept in bank accounts.
We kindly request support for the state so we can jointly overcome the serious challenges faced by the people of Artsakh.
