«Parties Have Managed to Resolve Differences During Held Negotiations». Bayramov
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, notes that there has been progress in several articles of the future agreement on establishing peace with Armenia and inter-state relations.
“During the held negotiations, the parties have managed to resolve the differences and achieve progress on several articles of the future bilateral peace and agreement on establishing inter-state relations,” Bayramov stated.
This was announced by the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister in a letter addressed to the President of the UN Security Council on July 20.
“At this decisive moment, it is more crucial than ever for the international community to reject the manipulative attempts by Armenia and to persuade Yerevan to finally cease actions that undermine Azerbaijan's sovereignty and territorial integrity, refrain from interfering in its internal affairs, and instead sincerely participate in the negotiations aimed at resolving relations post-conflict,” emphasized Bayramov.
The Foreign Minister reaffirmed Azerbaijan's commitment to the process of normalizing relations with Armenia. “In this regard, Azerbaijan still expects the support of the international community for the ongoing process of normalizing bilateral relations with Armenia,” Bayramov noted.
