VIDEO: Chinese Coach Banned for 8 Months and Fined for Hitting Referee
The Chinese Football Association announced today that Duan Xin, the coach of Liaoning Shenyang, has been banned for 8 months and fined 150,000 yuan (approximately $20,891 USD) for hitting a referee.
The incident occurred on July 23 during the League 1 match between Nanchang City and Liaoning Shenyang, which ended with a score of 4-0. The referee issued a red card to Duan Xin, leading to the physical altercation.
