Strong Cooperation Between Russia and Azerbaijan is Key to Stability in the South Caucasus, Says Zakharova
Strong and close cooperation between the Russian Federation and Azerbaijan is one of the key elements of stability in the South Caucasus. This was stated by Maria Zakharova, the spokesperson for the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, during a weekly briefing.
“After the signing of the declaration on allied cooperation, our relations have developed to a qualitatively new level. We are working together to ensure that the potential of this strategic document is fully realized and that our partnership is comprehensive. The strong and close cooperation between Russia and Azerbaijan is undoubtedly one of the key elements of stability in the South Caucasus,” she said.
