"How much milk are they giving and there's no way to milk by hand, is there... Is this a bull or a cow?" Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan asked at a livestock farm established with state support in the Masis community, during his visit to a "smart livestock barn."

The Prime Minister toured the area and learned about the operations of the livestock barn. The farmer presented the advantages and efficiency of the program. Pashinyan was shown the conditions in which the cows are kept, what they are fed, and how they are milked.
