Azerbaijani Armed Forces Fire at Civilians Engaged in Agricultural Work: Defense Ministry

The Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense’s statement regarding alleged construction work attempts by the Artsakh Defense Army (ADA) units in the Askeran region around 10:00 AM on July 15 is yet another piece of disinformation. This was stated by the Artsakh Defense Ministry.

“In this way, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry is attempting to justify the firing of its units at civilians engaged in agricultural work. On July 15, around 09:50 AM, the Azerbaijani side opened fire using firearms at civilians working on agricultural tasks in the community of Nerk'in Sznak in the Askeran region. The incident has been reported to the command of the Russian peacekeeping forces,” the statement reads.
