Azerbaijan Spreads Another Misinformation

The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Artsakh reports that Azerbaijan's Ministry of Defense has issued a statement claiming that the Defense Army units carried out construction works in the Askeran and Karvachar regions of the Republic of Artsakh on July 13 at 11:15 AM and 2:10 PM, which were allegedly halted by Azerbaijani units deployed in those occupied territories. This statement is yet another instance of misinformation.
