Photos: Ukrainian Armed Forces Shell One of the Villages in Bryansk, Elderly Woman Killed

The Ukrainian Armed Forces have shelled the village of Belaya Beriozka in Bryansk Oblast, resulting in the death of an elderly woman and injuries to three others. This information was shared by Governor Alexander Bogomaz.

“Unfortunately, a woman born in 1939 has died. Three people, including a 16-year-old teenager, have sustained minor injuries. They have been transferred to the hospital and are receiving the necessary medical assistance,” Bogomaz wrote on his Telegram channel.

The governor noted that three residential buildings were set on fire due to the shelling. Emergency services are working to eliminate the consequences of the attack.

Recall that early in the morning on February 24, 2022, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a decision to carry out a special military operation against Ukraine, following requests for assistance from the self-proclaimed Luhansk and Donetsk People’s Republics. Combat operations in Ukraine continue to this day.
