Israel and Baku Contribute to Regional Peace: Yoav Galant
Israeli Minister of Defense Yoav Galant stated on his Twitter page that during his visit to Azerbaijan, he discussed the possibilities of expanding defense cooperation between Tel Aviv and Baku.
“I just concluded an effective visit to Azerbaijan, where I met with President Aliyev, Defense Minister Hasanov, and the head of the State Border Service Guliyev. We discussed the possibilities of expanding defense cooperation,” wrote Galant.
The defense minister also noted that Azerbaijan and Israel “have agreed to further deepen strong ties and friendship through collaboration in various fields. Our defense ties contribute to the security of both countries, as well as to regional peace and stability.”
