The head of the National Assembly's Civil Contract faction, Hayk Konjoryan, and secretary Arthur Hovhannisyan have put forward a draft proposal in the National Assembly to terminate the powers of the chairperson of the Assembly's Standing Committee on Human Rights Protection and Public Affairs, Takhuhy Tovmasyan.
