The full right to use Iskander weapons belongs to us, we purchased that weapon. This was stated by Seyran Ohanyan, head of the Armenia parliamentary 'Hayastan' faction and former Minister of Defense, during a live broadcast on 24TV.

He asserted that the grossest mistake of the authorities was changing the commanders before the war. According to Ohanyan, if Movses Hakobyan had been the Chief of Staff during the war and Levon Mnatsakanyan the commander of the Defense Army, everything could have ended differently.

It should be noted that during a session of the parliamentary commission investigating the circumstances of the 44-day war, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated that there were types of weapons during the war whose rights were not fully and completely owned by Armenia.
