Artsakh Public Television Favors Armenian Public TV Instead of Promoting National Values, Metakse Hakobyan

Metakse Hakobyan, the secretary of the "Justice" faction of the National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh, writes:

“The Public Television of the Republic of Artsakh, which accuses and condemns the world, calls out, waits for the world, and sulks, instead of serving the public, promoting national values, and representing the situation impartially, pays compliments to the Public Television of the Republic of Armenia (or uses the term ‘Nagorno-Karabakh’ instead of ‘Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh or Artsakh’).
