Azerbaijan Must Fully Comply with International Court's Decision Without Misinformation: Armenian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson
The International Court of Justice's decision from February 22 must be fully implemented by Azerbaijan without any misinterpretations or distortions of the text. This was stated by Ani Badalyan, spokeswoman for the Armenian Foreign Ministry, on her Twitter account.
She referred to the UN International Court of Justice's ruling on July 6 regarding Armenia's request for the placement of an Azerbaijani checkpoint in the Lachin corridor.
"The International Court of Justice has reaffirmed its decision, obliging Azerbaijan to ensure unhindered access through the Lachin corridor. The court's ruling, which is clear and unchanged since February 22, 2023, must be fully adhered to by Azerbaijan without any opportunism or misinterpretation of the text," wrote Badalyan.
