Azerbaijani expert Tatevik Hayrapetyan wrote on her Facebook page: 'While the 'Peace Treaty' is being discussed in Washington, Azerbaijan is escalating on the ground and causing new casualties... This is all you need to know about the effectiveness of the negotiations. Azerbaijan does not want a normal peace; they disregard all kinds of negotiations, calls, and court decisions. As long as Aliyev and his regime are not subjected to any punishment or accountability for this behavior, the consequences will be painful for us.'
