Blinken: ‘We Support Armenia and Azerbaijan in Reaching a Dignified Agreement’
“This week we are conducting peace negotiations with Foreign Ministers Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov at the National Center for Strategic Studies. We support the joint efforts of Armenia and Azerbaijan in achieving a lasting and dignified agreement. Dialogue is the key to sustainable peace,” U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken wrote on his Twitter account.
As previously reported, the U.S. is pleased to act as a mediator in the negotiations between the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia, State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller announced yesterday.
