VIDEO: "It Is Problematic That Azerbaijan Does Not Say It Recognizes Armenia's Territorial Integrity" - Ruben Rubinyan

There are three fundamental issues regarding the future agreement to be signed with Azerbaijan for Armenia. This was stated by the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly and Chairman of the Permanent Commission on Foreign Relations Ruben Rubinyan during a press conference of the Armenian delegation at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE).

“It is problematic that Azerbaijan does not say that it recognizes Armenia's territorial integrity,” Rubinyan stated, adding that this indicates Azerbaijan's lack of sincerity and constructiveness.
