Azerbaijan's Ethnic Cleansing Policy is an Everyday Process: Edmon Marukyan
The Azerbaijani Armed Forces have closed the road of life for 120,000 people, including 30,000 children, with a concrete barrier. This was reported by Special Envoy Edmon Marukyan on his Twitter account.
“A fresh provocation from Azerbaijan: Yesterday, the Azerbaijani armed forces installed a concrete barrier to block the road of life connecting Nagorno-Karabakh to Armenia (for 120,000 people, including 30,000 children), the Lachin corridor. This was done against the backdrop of a ruling from the Hague Court, in addition to the illegal installation of a checkpoint and the arrival of armored vehicles. Azerbaijan's ethnic cleansing policy is an everyday process, and these gross human rights violations continue,” he wrote.
It is worth recalling that Azerbaijan has once again resorted to provocations and criminal actions by closing the only road connecting Artsakh and Armenia (the Lachin corridor) with a concrete barrier.
