“Azerbaijan continues its campaign of deception, attempting to bring the issue of the de-militarization of Artsakh into the realm of the use of force. This is happening most notably in front of the countries that are mediating the negotiations between Armenia and Azerbaijan. To what extent is the Pashinyan regime demonstrating adaptability to Azerbaijani demands, pushing forward Azerbaijani declarations on Artsakh and various areas of Armenia? Azerbaijan's appetite is opening up and demanding more.”
