Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has appeared in public for the first time since May 9, according to reports from the Пул Первого news outlet.

Today, Lukashenko arrived at the central command post of the Air Force and Air Defense. This was his first public speech since May 9, when Belarusian and Russian journalists noted that he looked very unwell.

Over the weekend, Lukashenko missed another significant celebration—the Day of State Symbols—despite having previously given speeches on the occasion.

Belarusian President Lukashenko has been diagnosed with severe infectious-allergic myocarditis, as stated by Belarusian opposition figure Pavel Latushko. Symptoms of this condition include shortness of breath, chest pain, and moderate joint pain.
